06.IT Monitoring Systems
We have a state-of-the-art Traffic Department at our Head Offices in León.
Our Traffic Department organises, plans and manages the operation of road freight haulage on a national and international level, optimising services in accordance with the differing EU regulations, as well as our customers’ specific needs.
Transleyca has a private work network that interconnects all group companies.
Vertical enterprise resource planning system developed specifically for the transport sector, from which the company’s main departments are managed.
Route analysis system that allows data to be extracted to achieve the most efficient fuel consumption and reduce delivery time, among other things.

At this stage of the process, we analyse the demands of our existing or potential customer, the type of loads, markets, trucks, and so on. Requests are answered within 48 hours.
Once the service has been requested, our Traffic Department determines the resources needed in order to provide the service optimally.
An analysis of the feasibility of current and potential customers is carried out. Conditions and profitability ratios are defined.
After the different resources and feasibility analysis, an optimised quote for the service is defined and presented.
Implementation and follow-up
The Sales and Traffic Departments coordinate the service, providing real-time monitoring on the status of our customer's freight.
