Service Request

At this stage of the process, we analyse the demands of our existing or potential customer, the type of loads, markets, trucks, and so on. Requests are answered within 48 hours.

Traffic

Once the service has been requested, our Traffic Department determines the resources needed in order to provide the service optimally.

Feasibility

An analysis of the feasibility of current and potential customers is carried out. Conditions and profitability ratios are defined.

Optimised Offer

After the different resources and feasibility analysis, an optimised quote for the service is defined and presented.

Implementation and follow-up

The Sales and Traffic Departments coordinate the service, providing real-time monitoring on the status of our customer's freight.
